Teaching English and Maths in Ghanaian Schools
Volunteer teachers are placed in host families whilst teaching. Teaching opportunities
are available in Primary and Secondary schools all over Ghana.Arrangment is made for volunteers to teach in a pre-school if
they have the interest. Subjects include English, Mathematics, French, Life Skills, Social Studies, Environmental Studies,
Religious and Moral Education, Agricultural Science, Integrated Science, Fine Art, Pre-Technical Skills, Basic Computer Skills
and Preschool subjects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Volunteer Eligibility:
1. High school diploma
1.Must be between 18 and 50years of age.
2.Must be in good health condition.
3.Be tolerant, sociable and friendly.
4.Be interested in Ghanaian culture.
Volunteer teachers must be fluent in English, must have the welfare of children at heart. Be motivated, must be
able to be available for minimum of two (2)weeks to (six)6 months. Typical Volunteer: You are expected to be well organised
and self motivated person, tolerant, energetic, sociable and can easily adjust to new environment.
